What is the WPC Fee I see on my bill?
It is a charge on your bill once a year in the Month of September for the Water Pollution Control Act.
What is the Primacy Fee I see on my bill?
It is also a charge that is on your bill once a year in the month of April. It is for the Missouri Clean Water Act.
How much do I have to pay for a deposit?
The deposit for residential customers who are renting or has a deed not recorded in their name is $150.00. To find out if a deed is in my name please contact the Recorder of Deeds office at the courthouse. All commercial and Industrial accounts are subject to a deposit; the amount varies due to meter size. Please call the office for more information: (660) 826-1234
What is needed to have my water turned on?
- Photo ID (for authorized persons on the account)
- Social Security card
- Turn On Request form (link to PDF)
