All renters are required to pay a deposit $150

Understanding Your Bill
Your monthly bill includes water usage, garbage pick-up and sewer usage. Water bills are due 10 days after you receive your statement. A $25.00 late fee is charged to your account as a penalty if the bill is delinquent by 2 months.
Water charge is based on the amount of the water used each month.
The service charges for water and meters are as follows:
5/8" meters
- Inside the City limits: $4.98 service charge per month.
- Outside the City limits: $9.93 service charge per month.
- Water charges are: $2.70 per 1000 gallons not to exceed 10,000 gallons.
1" meters
- Inside the City limits: $8.46 service charge per month.
- Outside the City limits: $16.87 service charge per month.
- Water charges are: $2.70 per 1000 gallons not to exceed 10,000 gallons.
