Turn On/Off/Renew

We want to ease the set-up of new services for our customers. We supply water to the City of Sedalia, The Pettis, Johnson and Saline County water districts. On this page you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding the set-up, renewal and termination of services.

New Service

All requests to set up and turn on new services need to be turned into our office located at 111 West 4th Street. Get Directions »

Be sure to bring the following with you to set-up your service:

  • Photo ID (for authorized persons on the account)
  • Social Security card
  • Turn On Request form,view PDF »

Once the above information is received a time will be scheduled to turn on your water. Someone must be home at the time of turn on.

Turn Off

To terminate your service, please notify us one day in advance. You may download and fill out the request to turn off form prior to requesting the termination of your service or you may fill it out when requesting the turn off at our office located at 111 West 4th Street. Get Directions »
